- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private partnerships for frontier tech projects
- Build and lead a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in emerging tech regulations (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with DARPA/EPSRC grant applications
- Certification in Quantum Computing from IBM/Microsoft
