Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Develop go-to-market strategies for futuristic products targeting 2026 launch windows
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven frameworks
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and Wired
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Portfolio of launched products with >$10M revenue impact
- Security clearance eligibility for classified tech projects
