Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-ROI 2026 initiatives
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technologists
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) strongly preferred
