Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR) and assess market viability
- Coordinate innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic proposals to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven project prioritization
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 tech landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping frameworks
