Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global megatrends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional task forces integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and sovereign innovation funds
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through our venture studio
- Mentor a cadre of '2026 Fellows' through our exclusive Tech Vanguard Program
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and governmental bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record deploying bleeding-edge technologies at Fortune 50 scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or Web3.0
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience securing federal grants from DARPA, NSF, or equivalent international bodies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
