- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI/ML models and quantum computing applications
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating green tech principles into product lifecycles
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor a 15-person cross-functional team across engineering and design disciplines
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring technological ROI and market disruption impact
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology standards
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (e.g., IBM Quantum) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor audiences
