Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Build and mentor a 10-person future-tech incubation team
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Drive ESG integration into tech deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR
- Strong financial acumen with $1B+ budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for APAC market expansion
