- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley pioneers and global research consortia
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation for emerging technology ventures
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record leading $10M+ digital transformation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology adoption curves
- Certification in Quantum Leadership or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
