Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and managing innovation budgets >$50M
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
