Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain).
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institution.
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals.
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech transformation projects.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (US/EU).
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages.
- Certified in Tech Ethical Governance (TEG) or equivalent.
