Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven success in scaling ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
