Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and MVP launches
- Establish KPIs for tech innovation success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- PMP or CTO certification preferred
