Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop future-state business models and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
