Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) to inform 2026 strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and academic research centers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats in adjacent industries
- Define KPIs for measuring technological innovation and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Executive presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
