Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic visions to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience scaling global innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
