Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 Autonomous Systems initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into the 2026 product suite.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical specifications and user requirements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
