Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies (target: 50+ filings by 2026)
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Published author in tech strategy journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese (highly valued)
