Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-resistant security
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Develop cross-functional implementation plans for next-gen infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to align tech strategy with market opportunities
- Present insights to C-suite and board members through data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized networks
- Published research or proven track record in tech innovation adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in future tech forecasting (e.g., Gartner Foresight)
- Experience scaling systems for 10M+ user environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible tech frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
