Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, bio-integrated systems)
- Identify emerging tech opportunities through trend analysis and ecosystem partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials science, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year impact cycles
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
