Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to evaluate bleeding-edge technologies for commercial viability
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through technological foresight
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership on disruptive tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/Web3)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) a plus
