- Predictive Scenario Planning: Develop and model future scenarios based on current technological trajectories, preparing the organization for multiple potential futures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Identify and define the skill sets required for the future workforce, partnering with recruiting teams to secure top-tier talent.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech landscapes to benchmark our capabilities against industry leaders and identify gaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Strategy, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and translating them into business value.
