Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for technology deployment leading up to and beyond the year 2026.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business units to translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Assess external technology partners and vendors to ensure alignment with our long-term 2026 goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineering leads, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of creating and executing technology roadmaps for major product launches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
