Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2026 Strategic Vision and long-term technology roadmap.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future growth initiatives.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-generation technologies and champion their integration into core products.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech ecosystem and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern architectural patterns.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of forecasting industry trends.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
