Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic milestones for the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) on cutting-edge technologies to determine their viability for integration.
- System Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling massive data throughput and AI inference.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in adopting best practices for future-proof coding and system design.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data: Strong grasp of machine learning principles, LLMs, and data pipeline architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
