Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and top academic institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee $15M R&D budget allocation for future-tech incubation projects
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic AI
- Experience with tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Certification in Technology Foresight (WFS or APF)
