Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, biotech integration)
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and assess their commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D grants, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating market shifts (e.g., AI adoption, blockchain evolution)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
