Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech goals with business growth strategies.
- Lead the analysis of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Predictive Analytics, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless tech integration.
- Predict potential market disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain competitive advantage.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
- Manage the R&D budget for future technologies, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data analytics trends.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant business growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
