Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI, automation, and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Lead the architectural design of enterprise-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability and data privacy compliance.
- Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical strategies with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) programs for new technologies, managing budgets and success metrics.
- Establish a framework for digital transformation that prepares the organization for the post-2026 era of work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technology visions.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Agile, Scrum) and agile methodologies.
