Lead the strategic vision for technologies expected to mature by 2026, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced biotech.Collaborate with C-suite executives to align R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.Oversee pilot programs and feasibility studies for emerging tech adoption.Manage a budget of $10M+ for innovation initiatives and talent acquisition.Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.Stay ahead of global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risk and maximize opportunity.Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong network within the tech and innovation ecosystem.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
