Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent AI ethics frameworks and autonomous systems
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare ecosystems
- Drive commercialization of neuromorphic computing applications in consumer robotics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Oversee $5M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn valuation
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized AI infrastructure
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) safety standards for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain) for defense-contract work
