Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biotech interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with VCs to secure funding for moonshot projects
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech governance frameworks (ISO 20700, IEEE 7000)
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology architecture with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Experience with agile methodologies in hardware/software hybrid environments
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and post-silicon computing paradigms
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive technologies
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation labs
