- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams across biotech and nanotechnology domains
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for decentralized identity ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum labs
- Create technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST IR 8413, and emerging security frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and leading technical due diligence
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq) required
