Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of next-generation technology solutions, focusing on AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and IoT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Ensure architectural solutions are scalable, secure, and meet industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers in best practices and emerging technologies.
- Present architectural designs and project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, with at least 3 years in emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects involving AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or IoT.
- Strong expertise in system design, scalability, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about future trends.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies is a plus.
