Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in building proof-of-concept prototypes for 2026-era systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic tech briefings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for future AI deployment and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech fields preferred
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
