Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for market opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups for tech incubation
- Ensure all architectures align with ESG 2030 compliance standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record implementing quantum-AI hybrid systems in production environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publications in IEEE Nature journals
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) required
