Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 market projections
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech sectors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and climate adaptation systems
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum programming, neuromorphic systems, or federated learning
- Proven track record shipping production-level AI/ML systems
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience with published research
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
