Responsibilities
- Design scalable frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) with 5-year roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Create patent-pending architectures for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive products at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in systems thinking and computational complexity
- Published research in IEEE journals or top-tier conferences
- Experience leading global technical teams (>20 members)
- Proficiency in future-proofing architectures for ethical and regulatory compliance
