- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- 10+ years in tech R&D leadership at FAANG or similar
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams (50+ engineers)
- Expertise in quantum computing or generative AI
- Patents in at least one core technology domain
- Experience with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Security clearance preferred
