Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and sustainability imperatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech solutions into enterprise strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams and $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present disruptive innovations to investors and industry thought leaders
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products in AI, quantum, or sustainable tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals/conferences
- Experience managing global remote innovation teams
- Certification in Technology Futures or Innovation Management preferred
