Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with emerging quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing AI ethics frameworks and responsible automation protocols
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation across 15+ innovation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in quantum/AI
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI safety, or bioinformatics
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants from NSF/DARPA/EU Horizon
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, Science, ACM)
