Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-facing domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in relevant technology fields
