Responsibilities

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor engineers on emerging tech standards and ethical implementation
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or AR/VR
- Published research or patents in future tech domains
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Proven track record of launching MVPs with $1M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation pedigree
