Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Architect scalable prototypes for emerging platforms with 3-year commercialization timelines
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for cutting-edge R&D
- Present disruptive technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations with legal teams
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Successful commercialization of futuristic products (min. 2 launches)
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
