Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster ideation and prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position InnovateTech as an industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies, measuring impact and scalability
- Build strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching at least 2 emerging technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or other transformative tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive teams and boards of directors
- Certifications in technology management or innovation (e.g., CTO, PMP) highly valued
