Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption metrics across business units
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, blockchain, advanced AI)
- Proven track record of scaling pilot projects to enterprise solutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
