Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to integrate future technologies into product development
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic researchers
- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-functional prototyping sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building and managing cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
