- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for emerging technology experimentation
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Foster ecosystem partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams and budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
