Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy trends and regulatory landscapes
- Author thought leadership reports on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
