- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors securing $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks impacting future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Executive experience with $50M+ budgets and P&L responsibility
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
