Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market disruption risks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
